Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for: manufacturing defects (torn seam, printing error), incorrect item received, or item significantly different from what was shown. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size ordered by the customer, or minor print placement variations within 0.5 inches.

 

Return Timeframe

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. To raise a return, email hello.threadverse@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.

 

Size Exchanges

We offer one free size exchange per order within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, photograph it immediately and email hello.threadverse@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as Final Sale, worn or washed products, items without original tags, and custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
