Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

Every product is freshly made after you place your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for printing and quality checks before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery across India: 5-8 business days after dispatch. Metro cities typically receive orders within 5-6 business days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities may take up to 8 business days. Remote pin codes may take up to 10 business days.

 

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 999. A flat shipping fee applies for orders below Rs. 999. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small handling fee at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update on the courier's website.

 

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello.threadverse@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.

 

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will attempt delivery two more times. After three failed attempts, the order returns to our fulfillment center and re-delivery charges will apply.

 

International Shipping

Currently, ThreadVerse ships within India only. We plan to expand internationally in the future — follow us on Instagram for updates.
