1. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

 

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final.

 

3. Product Descriptions

Since all products are printed on demand, minor variations in print placement within 0.5 inches are acceptable and do not constitute defects. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration.

 

4. Order Acceptance

ThreadVerse reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled by us.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-8 business days across India via our fulfillment partner Qikink. Tracking information will be shared via email once dispatched.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for complete details. We accept returns for manufacturing defects and size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

 

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use ThreadVerse for any unlawful purpose, submit fraudulent orders, attempt to hack our systems, or reproduce our products without authorization.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

ThreadVerse's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
